Dear Sir,
I introduce Marie-Madeleine Ritsuko Sugiura who is a locutionist of Japan.  She is totally blind.  She lost her sight from Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) in Neonatal in incubator when she was only three months. We founded second community in Yuzawa-City Akita-Pref. Japan on 29th Sep. I am living there now.
